The Treasure

Thriving in a "new normal"

To learn is to grow. We can better adapt to evolving circumstances if we learn about them and change our beliefs and behaviour accordingly. For those who have experienced something traumatic -- whether it's loss (a job, identity, a loved one through divorce, illness or death), or experiencing illness, violence, disaster, economic disruption etc. -- discovering and actualizing a new range of possibilities leads us to thrive in a "new normal".

Hi, I'm Winnie

I'm a bilingual, post-traumatic growth mentor

I accompany people on their journey to heal from trauma, learn, and grow. From this place of greater awareness, it is easier to make decisions that allow us to flow through life with a sense of ease, even in disruptive times.

Dealing with traumatic experiences can be a confusing process to navigate; people often feel lost and alone as they struggle to manage and make sense of the difficult emotions and conflicts (both internal and external) that come up. I offer my compassion, experience, knowledge, and wisdom when guiding and supporting you through this transformative process.
